3. Making a booking

Submitting a booking request does not create a contract.

A booking is only confirmed once:

• payment has been received where required; and
• you have received written confirmation from Nestia Stays.

Availability shown on the website is subject to change until your booking has been confirmed.

4. Guest Terms and Conditions

All bookings are subject to our Guest Terms and Conditions.

Before check-in information is issued, the Lead Guest must read and accept our Guest Terms and Conditions.

Those Guest Terms form the contractual agreement governing your stay and take precedence over these Website Terms where applicable.

Failure to accept the Guest Terms may result in cancellation of your booking.

5. Prices and payments

All prices displayed on this website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Prices are subject to change until a booking has been confirmed.

Payment methods accepted will be displayed during the booking process.

6. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before your scheduled arrival: Full refund.
• 14 days or less before your scheduled arrival: The total booking amount is non-refundable.

Bookings made through third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb and Booking.com, are subject to the cancellation policy selected and confirmed at the time of booking on that platform.

We recommend that guests obtain suitable travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Nestia Stays reserves the right to offer more flexible cancellation terms for specific promotions, corporate bookings or longer stays where confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

7. Website information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure information published on this website is accurate.

However:

• photographs are for illustration purposes;
• room layouts and furnishings may vary slightly;
• local amenities may change;
• availability cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.

We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies at any time.

8. Third-party booking platforms

Some Nestia Stays properties are advertised through third-party booking platforms including Airbnb and Booking.com.

Where you book through a third-party platform, their booking process and payment systems will apply in addition to our Guest Terms and Conditions.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, both of which form part of these Website Terms.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including text, branding, logos, graphics and photographs, belongs to Nestia Stays Ltd or is used under licence.

You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

Nothing within these Website Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
